Margaret Slavin

Margaret Slavin is an associate professor of nutrition and food science. Her research explores the reciprocal relationship between diet and nutrition, and their effects on conditions such as migraines and inflammation, along with the underlying biomechanisms. Slavin also examines the chemical composition of food, the impact of food processing on phytochemicals, and the interaction between diet and the gut microbiome.
